Channing as Vampire? Hot!
Is there room in the Twilight saga for one more hunk?
While we'll love anyone who joins the TwiFamily, screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg has a really tasty choice for bad boy vampire Riley from the third installment Eclipse: Channing Tatum!
SPOILER ALERT! (For those who haven't read the books, um, what're you waiting for?)
"There's a very big battle at the end with Riley, and I think Channing would do that so well," said Rosenberg. "And there are some complexities to that character. He really is tragic. He's a puppet for Victoria. So he has to break your heart a little bit at the end when he realizes that she doesn’t want him. Channing could do that beautifully.”
Aside from him being a major hottie, you know Channing from the movie Step Up, where he plays a hip hop dancer. Just imagine that final battle – Edward about to strike, when Channing busts out some sick moves that he finishes with a full split.
What will Edward do? The Blood Sucker Square dance? The Electric Bite? Stay tuned!
