Dakota Crushing On Robert?

Star magazine reports in its new issue that Dakota Fanning has a serious crush on R Patz. And supposedly THAT'S the reason she's been hard core pursuing a role as Jane in the upcoming Twilight sequel New Moon.

"Dakota is very determined and she gets what she wants," a source told the mag. "Right now she has her laser focus on Rob." Whoa! "Laser focus" sounds dangerous.

Now, Dakota is 14 and Rob is 22. So that's kind of an obstacle — but age ain't nothin' but a number! Are we right, girls? If Dakota has a chance, so do we!

Here are at least SOME things they'd have in common:

- No braces! (At least not anymore...)
- Can share hair tips like "washing"
- Both are, um, blonde-ish
- Tree climbing probably a hobby for Dakota as well
- They could each use a tan
