Dakota Hooks Up With Ed Cullen!

According to E! online, Dakota Fanning was offered the role of Jane in the Twilight sequel New Moon. So, yes, she'll be "hooking up" with Edward Cullen strictly in the non-boyfriend/girlfriend sense.
Jane is part of Italy's Volturi vampires, a particularly deadly breed. They don't just feast on pasta, people!
So is Dakota really right for the role? A casting notice describes the character with an "angel-like face" (check) who inspires fear in vampires "three times the size of her." (Um, check? Not sure if we're shaking in our boots at the sight of Dakota.)

When I thought of Jane, I thought of Tonks from the Harry Potter movie #5. But we'll see...
When I thought of Jane I automatically thought of Dakota for the role.

If u go to twilight wikia (yes 'a' at the end!!) they have a whole page about jane and they have a pic of dakota AS jane and it looks just like i imagined..really creepy. i mean, shes pale and her hair is really pretty. lol

I think Dakota is the best for this role! Not only is she a very talented and serious actress with lots of experience, but while I was reading New Moon, that's how I imagined jane. Please stop the hating commnts!
