Fake License for Miley!
Dear Miley:
Congrats on getting your learner's permit!
But, for rlz. We KNOW it's gotta be frustrating that you don't have an actual LICENSE yet. Right?
I mean, a permit's great and everything. But you gotta have a licensed driver with you if you're behind the wheel. And it doesn't look as cool as an actual license. Plus, it's really not a good substitute for toilet paper if you're ever in an emergency.
Oh, and we just heard your mom gave you a PORSCHE for your birthday! Now don't tell us you're not dying to take that puppy for a spin on your own. C'mon, admit it! (You could totally drive by Nick's house and make him jealous.)
