I Announced My Crush On Twitter

Me and my friends all love Twitter (that website that lets you write short little blogs) and we use it to trade jokes and gossip about our crushes. I’m addicted! But it does have its problems.
One day, I ran into my crush Sean after school. We don't know each other too well, but we really hit it off and I was so excited!
I ran home and sent what I thought was a PRIVATE direct message to my friend Dana on Twitter saying, "Just hung out with Sean! Must make out with him!"
Stupid me - the message wasn't private at all. I was so excited over seeing Sean that I had accidentally posted it as my regular PUBLIC Twitter update... and everyone in school saw it!
Now Sean doesn't even look at me. I Tweeted him right out of my life. Ugh.
