I Burned My Crush With Acid!

I have a few classes with this really hot new kid named Ted, which was super exciting. Even better? When I found out I would be his lab partner!I totally thought that Ted would be my Edward Cullen.
I was really nervous around Ted, giggling and dropping things. Which was kinda cute, I guess... until he asked me to hand him the acid we were working with for an experiment!
Between wet hands and being all super nervous, I had no shot — I spilled it all over his hand! It burned him until he got his hand under the faucet. And even though he was okay, he was really mad!
Now whenever he sees me, he calls me Captain Klutz. Not exactly the sexiest nickname ever (but at least that fits the Bella comparison).

If u were working with acid, wouldn't you have been wearing gloves or something to protect yourself? It's required that when working with harmful chemicals in schools, that students wear safety devices such as goggles, gloves, and something over their clothing, so they don't get hurt in anyway. I'm pretty sure all states require this, because if the student were to get hurt while doing a project within the school campus, the student, or the student's parents and/or legal gardians, have the right to sue the school and the school district.
