I Coughed Mucus All Over Him!

A few weeks ago, this really cute guy named James asked me to go out for ice cream with him. So cool, right?
Problem was, I had a REALLY bad cold: runny nose, watery eyes, phlegm in my throat...it was so gross!
Still, I didn't want to disappoint James, so I decided to suck it up, try and look the best I could and go on the date.
While we were at Dairy Queen, I kept excusing myself to blow my nose and cough out some phlegm (yes, I know: ew).
The ice cream just made it worse, and at one point, I just tried to cough out all the mucus I could. Bad idea!
I coughed so hard, that big wad of gross green slime leapt out of my throat and onto James' bright white shirt!
It was so nasty, that I didn't even know what to say. James just gave me a look of total disgust, and all I could do was apologize.
I wiped my slime wad from his shirt with some napkins (he has really strong pecs!), but he cut the date short soon after that.
When he dropped me off later, all he said was, “You know I wouldn’t have cared if you had to reschedule the date, so next time you don’t have to come out when you're all sick and hawking up stuff.”
I was totally embarrassed. But he DID say, "next time." Will there even BE a next time, or is my brain the one that's all stuffed up now?
ALL YOU can do is apoligize and wait. and its noot like he never had a cold before

I don't really think he'll ask you out again. I know you couldn't help it, but he was probably totally disgusted. I think you should have rescheduled the date so you could get some time to feel better.

I dont think he cares... I think it was one of those moments where we was like mad.. then later on when he gets home we would be like 'why did i say that? its just that she got stuff on me,' i think you're good good good good to go :)

hey guys out there. if the guy or girl asks you something to do something that makes you uncomfertable or you feel like that just suggest something else or do it an other time and if they say no that means they don't care for you and why like someone who doesn't care for you? think about that?
Don't worry. If he says next time he probably means it! It sounds like he didn't care too much anyway. I say go for it and reschedule!
