I Gave A Love Note To The Wrong Girl!

For the longest time, I had a huge crush on this girl Sarah, but I could not get up the guts to tell her how I felt.
A couple months ago, while I was hanging out with my buddy Dave in school, I just could not shut up about Sarah. So he dared me to write her a note and stick it on her locker (I think he was just tired of hearing about her).
Still, I didn’t want to seem like a total wimp, so I took the challenge and dropped off my little love note.
But when I saw Sarah in the hall later, she just waved to me as if nothing had happened. Strange!
Then, as I walked by her locker, my heart almost stopped: I had taped the note to the wrong locker!
To make things worse, the locker I had taped the note to belonged to this girl named Stephanie, who is one of the most ANNOYING people in school.
Sure enough, Stephanie came up to me at the end of the day and said, “I knew you were flirting with me.” NO I WASN”T!
By the end of the day, Stephanie told all her friends I liked her and Sarah STILL thinks I like Stephanie.
I'm such an idiot.
What happens now? Should I risk hurting Steph’s feelings and tell Sarah the truth!?

ugh thats not good. you prob resolved this issue since this was posted a year ago, but if i were Jeremy than i would tell Sarah first that it was a misunderstanding and that the note was meant for her. and maybe see how Sarah feels about him. and then he can break up with Stephenie if he feels that that is the right choice. and maybe Sarah may have some advice on how to let Stephenie down easy

next time, just text sarah or talk to her urself. i think that u should get to know stephaine a little. if u don't like her, then let her down easy and tell sarah that u like her. but make sure stephanie understands cuz it become a nasty chick fight.. take it from a girl herself who knows,,
