Kerish-lo-Taan, do you still need help with higlh rise balcony party? if so, stack first two squares given next to eachother, then third on top of those in the middle. put stick on top of those squares. next two squares on either side of stick. triangle on top of one square. balance circles in middle of top two squares. other triangle on other square. continue to balance circles. kind of hard to explain, but hope this helps! it worked for me... =)
