Alert! Alert! Get the Canadian mounties, prepare the milk cartons, ready the search lights! Justin Bieber didn't tweet for 16 whole hours - and it led to terrible, terrible rumors!

Things got a little out-of-control recently on the social networking site, with some crazy tweeters claiming that the cutie singer had, gulp, died.

Hold your J-Biebz, though. His people say Justin is a-okay. Phew. Goes to show how stupid gossip can spread quickly.
 
But on a positive note: Just like Miley Cyrus before him (along with countless other celebs) unfounded wild death rumors means our boy Justin has officially made it! And JB was able to laugh about the whole thing on his Twitter page.
