Miley's Got a New Tattoo WHERE!?

Looks like Miley Cyrus made a total boob out of herself at the tattoo parlor!

Eagle eyed Perez Hilton recently pointed out a little scribble under Mile's bikini top, zoomed in... and figured out it was a brand new tatt.

If you look closely, you can see that it says "Just Breathe." Hmm... OK... Is Miley reminding her lungs what their job is? (For a different angle shot of the tatt, check out Pop Eater.)
