The Art Institute of PIttsburgh took obsession with the Fame Monster to a whole new level with this T-Rex decked out in full-blown Gaga gear right outside the building.

Check out the long blonde wig, platform shoes, and sunglasses. Has a dinosaur ever looked so stylish? We think not! Maybe they wouldn't have gone extinct if they had dressed better.
