My friends and I think that the mall is one of the best places to scope out cute guys on the weekends.
So last Saturday, I was standing in line at Auntie
Anne’s when this total hottie got in line behind me. How awesome is that!
I coulda sworn he was a senior at a neighboring high school, so I started chatting him up. I think he was about to ask for my number, only we were interrupted — by my older brother!
He got in the guy’s face and was all, “What do you think you’re doing macking on my 13-year-old sister?”
The cute guy gave me this look like, “What, you’re only 13?” and totally took off. He didn’t even stick around to get his pretzel!
Why did my brother have to go to the mall that day anyway? He hates shopping!

first off, why were you flirting with him when you're only 13? secondly, don't get mad at him. he's just being protective of you, which actually HAPPENS to be a nice and normal thing for him to do.. especially when you're flirting with someone like 4 or 5 years older than you :P lastly, this must have sucked for you!! i understand cause my dad is overprotective of me with boys! but no tragic incidents have occurred yet! :P as for an overprotective brother...thank god mine's only 18 months! :)
