My Mom Brought Over My Blankie

One night, I was hanging out at my buddy Jason's house with a bunch of the guys playing video games and ordering pizza. It got kind of late, so I called home to tell my mom I was sleeping over.
What I didn't plan on was her showing up at the door an hour later — holding a blankie!
"Mark, I know you have trouble sleeping when you're not at home, so I brought over Mr. Snuggles to keep you company," she said.
Of course, my friends thought this was the most hilarious thing in the world. All night long, all I kept hearing was, "Good night, Mr. Snuggles! Sweet dreams!" Thanks a lot, mom.

theres nothing wrong with having trouble sleeping away from home. im 15 and i cant sleep away from home without putting a stuffed animal at the end of my bed or sleeping bag because im so used to having my cat sleep by my feet every night. i guess its because every night since i got my cat as kitten 6 years ago, she has been curling up at my fee,on my bed every night. im just so used to it that it feels so weird not having something about the size of my cat by my feet every night.
