New "Eclipse" Director: 5 Random Facts!
Experience with hot young actress? Check. Vampire expertise? Check. Creepy looking enough to be a vampire himself? Check.
Finally, after months of throwing around more names than Ryan Seacrest on the red carpet, Eclipse has a director! It was a long search, and in the end, they found a guy who fit all the criteria needed: David Slade!
He's helmed the horror flick 30 Days of Night (vampires in Alaska), and directed a pre-Juno Ellen Page in the movie Hard Candy. So he knows all about blood suckers and babes!
