Selena Changing Name to "Sharpena?"
Could Selena Gomez be hooking up with a High School Musical hottie soon?
The singer told J-14 that she'd LOVE to be in the sequel to the hit flick. And her dream role is Ashley Tisdale's snobby character!
"I'd love to play Sharpay," she told the mag. "It's fun to see Ashley play something she's not."
Hmmm. If they DID make a sequel, she'd probably have to play Sharpay's younger sis or something.
But here are some other role possibilities:
- The new hot girl at East High with a magical touch named, um, Alex Russo (wouldn't be a stretch!)
- Gabby's sassy little cousin Abby (same hair as Vanessa, sorta)
- A cute cheerleader who falls in love with a certain hunky, singer who rhymes with Mick Monas (OK, that's just an excuse to get Nick in the picture!)
What are your thoughts? Could Selena play any of those roles we mentioned?Â
