Ready to read between the lines?In a new magazine interview, Selena Gomez dishes about her life as a star, her BFFs, and, most importantly, her love life, leaving much open to interpretation.
The magically delicious leading lady refused to talk about recent ex Nick Jonas, but she did spill her guts (ahem) in general about what she is looking for in a man:
"I used to say that I wanted someone cute and nice, an actor too, so he'd get it. But now I think it would be good for me to date someone who's not in the business."
Dated a cute actor, now doesn't want someone in the business? Interesting.
"I want someone honest, someone who's very sweet to my family and friends, and polite to the other people around me. Being cool, having a 'cool' energy, is just not attractive to me."
We're so stumped as to who she’s talking about! (Sarcasm alert.)
But here's the confusing thing: If she doesn't want a cool, cute actor, what's she doing hanging around Taylor Lautner?!
Maybe they are just friends.

well if she is really not dating taylor that means he is single unless he is dating victoria justice but they say they are just friends but who knows. and i think it is good if selena wants to date someone who is not in business that way she would still be herself instead of someone who is selena but the famous one and not the down to earth type and that is just my thought

EdwardandBellalove you cant say that cuz u dont no her. i may not, but just cuz u dont like som1 doesn't mean ther fake. I haven't seen or heard her do anything wrong (unlike Miley) so why cant she be genuine? I'm not sayin I'm a fan of hers but I don't hate her either. Besides if u were famous you wouldn't know if people wanted to date you just for the publicity. Okay first of all leave her alone, i wouldn't want to date someone in the business either if I were her. Think about it, it's just as bad as dateing a non famous person. Even If Selena dated someone who wasn't famous he would probably be busy all the time since hes famous and they would have to be together more for publicity but if your boyfriend is not famous you get much more privacy, and second THEY"RE JUST FRIENDs!!!!!!! seriously can a guy and a girl be friends i mean seriously I want all girls who read this to comment right now how many guy friends you have..... not including boyfriends, and we'll just see 4TNZ.COM what everyone one will say in my own little survey.......
