The Volleyball Ruined My Love Life!

It was the day of our big volleyball game against our rival school, and — as a starter on the team — I was REALLY nervous.
The one good thing was that I got a good luck hug from my crush, Gordon!
When game time came, the gym was PACKED with people, and there was Gordon, sitting right in the front row.
Talk about pressure!
It was a really close game that came down to the final play.
With my team down by one, our rivals had the serve. They hit the ball to our side, and I ran as fast I could towards it!
As I was running, I snuck a peak at Gordon. Big mistake, because I couldn't take my eyes off of him!
Instead of hitting the ball, the ball hit me in the face and I ran right into the net, knocking the whole thing down!
So not only did my team lose, but the whole school got to see me sprawled on the floor, tangled up in the net with my nose bleeding.
And as for Gordon, well let's just say it was game over!
I play volleyball, too...and my crush is almost always there!! Something like that almost happened to me one time, but thankfully i just missed the ball and didnt get the net. lol!
That's mean. I mean how could he stop liking you just cuz you got yourself embarrassed.

i play volleyball, and if that happened to me i would be embarrased. and if my crush was there it would be even worse! but all i can say is hold your head high and don't let anything bother you. (and in the game don't let anything distract you.)

you said the crowed was full pof ppl.. it the pic dont look like it.. but yo ppl not all nets r in the ground.. tennis nets are in the groung and some arnt it the ground. look it hannah montana.. lol she fell over the net an got tanguled in it.. but thats also a show.. lol its gay i hate dat show.. wow some of the "starter" volleyball players are very critical. she was nervous guys and her big time crush was watching her. she made a mistake, take a chill pill.
yeah im sure u actually start on ur volleyball team... someone who actually does start on the team would know to never take your eyes of the ball! i am a starter and i have never messed up so stupidly!
it wouldn't have knocked the net over. neither would u running I. to it unless u have a cheap net but most schools don't their nets are usually solid into a hole in the gym floor securing the poles but you this is coming. from a girl who actually does start on her schools volleyball team

wow dude, seriously. that could never happen. volleyball net donot fall over like that, trust me i think i would know, its my 5 year playin the sport.. plus your 14, you dont even know the meaning of love.
wow this is so fakeeee volleyball nets are freaking anchored into the ground by massive polls they don't "fall down" and let you get tangled in them... and also you shouldn't be running at all to pass a serve.. you should only have to take like 2 shuffle steps...
