Justin Bieber sat down for a fan-fueled chat in England yesterday and, when asked if he'd go out with a fan, he responded, "I think that it's whatever the situation is. If that happens, it happens."

Woo hoo! OK, so the singer didn't exactly propose marriage yet, but he's saying there's a chance. We'll take what we can get.

After all, one date with JBiebz would be our greatest wish. As for his wishes? Hmm, a little more worldly!

"Well, the first wish would be for unlimited wishes because that just makes sense. And then the second wish would be for, I don't know ... to be able to fly ... just fly everywhere. And then the third would be to get rid of poverty."
