I Put Pencils Up My Nose...And They Got Stuck!

Whenever my buddies and I are bored, we dare each other to do stupid things. (What can I say? It's entertaining!)
Anyway, a few weeks ago — before school ended — my friend Jared and I were studying together. And he came up with a brilliant idea: "Let's see how far each of us can stick pencils up our noses."
Jared went first, but he couldn't really do it right. Then, it was my turn...
Well, the good news is I totally won the contest! The bad news: I stuck the pencils so far up my nostrils, I couldn't get them out!
Jared tried to help me tug, but each time we pulled, it just got more and more painful. Of course, just then, my sister and her cute friends walked in on us. They must have thought I was an idiot!
Finally, my mom came in and — with the help of a little Vaseline — we dislodged the pencils. But not without a serious nose bleed. I was humiliated in front of all the girls!
Yeah, it's official, I'm DEFINITELY an idiot. Next time I'll nose better.
